Activities

The Heritgage participates in a number of activities from social runs to parades. ANZAC day is the main event on our calendar, and we endeavour to get as many vehicles as possible participating in the Launceston parade.

The Heritage also displays vehicles at a number of events throught the year. In 2008 these events have included Steamfest in Sheffield, The Deloraine Truck Show, the Duck Race in Launcesto, the Midlands Military Meet and Rendezvou in Campbell Town and the GPA Swim in and Military Vehicle Meet held in Corowa NSW.

Social activities are as much a part of the heritage as parades and displays. Past social runs have included a BBQ at Longford, trips to Pearns, the Tasmanian Tractor Museum, the Beaconsfield Gold Mine Museum and the Hillwood strawberry farm. We try and have at least one social even every two months, and all members, their family and friends are welcome to join us on these trips.

Our annual AGM has been held at the Presidents house in the past 3 years and has become part social day, part meeting. Photos from many of these events can be seen in our photo gallery.
